Outside of the horrific room the Tropicana itself was excellent. Rooms were terrible. Old, musty, outdated bathroom and room furnishings. The lobby, restaurant level.
Exceptional Only complaint I have was I requested I want to be close and they won’t go far away. Also, they had the rooms mixed up and because of that my husband and I had to sleep in double beds. Because of my fibromyalgia, I wasn’t able to walk back-and-forth. But the trip was overall very nice. The stay at tropicana was nice. It was a lot of things for us to do as a family. The restaurants was also a nice bonus.

fair! too much red tape! all you are able to say is, that there is a shortage of staff. But you do buck to the max. We asked for a room close to the elevator and received one right at the end of the hall over 300ft. As I have problems walking had a very bad time. There was only 2 towels, the fringe did not work. Called front desk 4 times before finally the transferred me to the right services. they said will come and change the unit. If they did change it the new unit did not work. Overall general good, but could’ve been better if it wasn’t for maintenance and housekeeping We have three rooms one of the rooms had a major leak in the bathroom area and as well housekeeping was lacking with not changing the towels. We had to grab towels in the hallway from them.. we file a complaint numerous amount of times, and no one ever came to check it.. and that was day one, keep in mind we were there for three days… I really think maintenance and housekeeping need to step the game up….
