The texting system to contact the front desk, housekeeping, etc was not.working & we had to go find one of your maids who happened to be working on our floor to get towels & washcloths. When you attempted to speak to the front desk no one picked up the phone. The same with housekeeping. We were not aware that your facility was pet friendly. Even though we were in a non smoking room thede was almost a constant odor of cigarettes and marijuana.
