I wish it was better. It was very difficult to find the hotel front desk. Finding the self-parking garage was difficult. Several Exit signs were missing throughout the parking garage, which was confusing. The Check-In Kiosk did not work. The hotel front desk clerk did not speak clearly. Vents in the hotel room were clogged with dust. Hotel room windows were cloudy to see through. The entire building smelled of smoke and weed. I liked the bathroom. I liked the Havana area. I liked the room location.

I will return. They need to get a Beach Bar for the Summer. It would be more convenient. We could not get in touch with room service. They need to extend the hours for room service beyond 11:00 p.m. When we finally got through, it was to late. It was very comfortable.
