Very Good Pool closed at 6pm and it's a process to try to put yourself on list for next morning 10am when it opens. No response on phone. Bummer for the kids! Great looking hotel and kid friendly. We stayed at the Havana Towers which were very lovely rooms but a far walk to pool facility. Great restaurants and staff!

The Fantasia / Neo concert I didn't like the fact that no one told me I would have to pay a Extra $50 To check out at 12 and not at 11. When I called downstairs to get an extension that's what the lady said so I told her never mind I'm leaving out at 11 The hotel is beautiful itself
