We enjoyed our off-season stay at the Tropicana. The pillows and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very small pillows for a king size bed. Staff was courteous but did not seem well informed. Lots to do on site. Great restaurants and shops.

Good location, and amenities but , Don’t select Chelsea Towers I didn’t like The Chelsea Towers location, cleaning staff and room. Location was good, the different restaurants and amenities inside are a plus. No need to leave the hotel.
