Our remote wasn’t working, we called 2 times for a replacement, it never reached us. We couldn’t turn off the television the 1st night it would randomly go from loud to soft volume. We ended up unplugging it after waiting for hours for the remote. The outlet for the blow dryer also didn’t work and we were unable to use the blow dryer as it was fixed to the wall. It took 20 min to get from hotel room to the parking garage. We had to take 3 different elevators in different sections of the casino to access the garage.

Great but housekeeping...... The only issue I had was with housekeeping. They came knocking on the door at 9am. Check out isn't until 11am. They woke us up. Then came a few more times even after we extended our check out to 2pm. That was a bit much. If we needed anything, we would have said something the first time she came knocking. That was a bit excessive.

Check in was horrendous. We tried the kiosk and had to complete check in at the desk which had a long line. The line to get an elevator to the garage was long and took a while. Elevator need upgrades

Beds were sofe so much to do on boardwalk and nice restaurants
