Hotel was fine, except for the check in time and no hot water. Check in time was over an hour - too long. Tried to use the kiosk and it would not accept my confirmation number, even though it was the correct number. Tried to shower the next morning and there was no hot water. Room and bed and bathroom were very well maintained.

Fun Tuve que esperar más de una hora en fila para poder hacer el check in y luego para hacer el check out ya que las maquinas express no funcionaron. Muy buenos restaurantes. Mucho para divertirse. Localizado en el mismo tablado. Solo pagas por estacionamiento a la salida.

Price should have been lower considering the issues with the room. For the price of the room we would have liked towels and bedsheets without stains. The torn AND blood stained curtains should have been changed once they were ruined, instead of putting people in the room to see that. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice. There was rust/mold on the bathroom ceiling. The AC vent was broken and the hallway was not vacuumed once while we were there. The location was perfect for what we were traveling for.

I greatly appreciated the upgrade and being taken care of, but would be worried to return due to the issues. The walk to the self-parking parking garage was a bit of a hike and very confusing with directions. As I mentioned earlier with the upgrade we received I’m not sure as if it was to compensate the hour long wait in line during check in while all the kiosks were down. Enjoyed the trip but could not relax in hotel roo Room had wallpaper peeling off wall. Shower was old and spit water. Could not control room temp. Location
