The property has a smoke-free casino and lots of entertainment for families as well. The property is directly on the boardwalk which provided many other things to do. I only wish the person who checked us in explained exactly where our room was, since the place is so large. I did not like looking for our room for almost a half hour to then learn it was in a totally different tower.

I gave a 3 star for cleanliness. The hotel common area was a 4 star, but the original sleeping room was less than 1 star. The room was disgustingly dirty. The inside of the toilet was black with feces in the toilet. Phone and nightstand was dirty and had hair. I was able to find a housekeeper in the hall. She came to look at the room and directed me to contact the front desk. She too agreed the room was extremely dirty. I switch rooms, but it was unacceptable for me to pay an additional cost to have a cleaner room.

Everything was perfect. For new customers it can be a little confusing as it's a huge place , also the lounge chairs are for $$ at the pool, but for the price of the hotel room you can afford to pay for amenities. Extremely affordable room price.

Tropicana Stay Check-in to check-out we had a nice time at your establishment! My son turned 21 and Tropicana was where he decided to celebrate. Only issue I'd say is the TV was stuck inside the wall so I couldn't plug up my Roku lol and the shuttle. Is been YEARS since I stayed in AC and was looking forward to visiting Harrah's using the shuttle that goes between Caesars properties. It Apparently doesn't run as much as it used to do we stayed at Tropicana and didn't venture too far. Otherwise, very enjoyable.
