Most of the elevators were not working. There were a lot of people checking in and out and elevators were not useful. When I asked the front desk for a late check out, the attendant informed me that he could not help me because i booked through expedia and that expedia would have to extend my stay. This was not true and I asked another front desk attendant who was able to help me. My room was clean and updated.

My husband and I had a great stay here! The cleaning crew had good hospitality but the main workers in front were not all that great. Kyle, however, at the front desk, was very helpful with our check in. Nevertheless, we enjoyed because we had each other and plenty to do in the area.
