it needs to be more direction with more staffing to direct you. Also checking in is horrible and the kiosk there was no directions to the west tower north or south that was not clearly visible

Very Good The sink in the bathroom was stopped up when we checked in and took a while to fix. It never really worked properly during our stay. We were required to make a rsvp for the pool, and when our time came we were unable ro use the facilities. The staff wasn't following the protocol and the pool was full to capacity at our assigned time. There was no dryer in the room as described.
