All in all we had a wonderful stay. Will be back. My only complaint was not even on my floor. Ice machine was not in operating condition. I had to go to the next floor up to get my ice. Outside room 6209 there were two dirty cocktail glasses that stayed there for 5 days. ( Havana tower) When we left this morning they were still there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Large casino and loads of places to eat.

The casino was great lots of open tables however the rooms were not clean The beds were not very comfortable for the amount we paid. As well as, the room was not clean our sheets and pillows had stains on them. The resort itself was clean with lots to do within it. Did not have to leave the resort for food and plenty to do inside.

overall we enjoyed our short stay and we would do it again the only thing that was uncomfortable was the shower head had mildew we enjoyed a beach view which was unexpected and fantastic and all the stores, restaurants and things to do.
