Appearance of room The broken curtains in the bedroom set the tone for the rest of the room. This gave the overall feel of the room a motel-like atmosphere instead of a hotel-like one.

Everything was great!! Just didn't receive an email or instructions on checking in and getting our bags from our car to our room but we were able to figure it out quickly. Also the 1st room we got was super hot although the AC was set on coldest & high. Went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room without any hesitation!! Wish I was prepared for how much there was to actually to do around the hotel because we would have carved enough time in our itinerary for just hanging around.

The room was very spacious but the bedding was not good. The pillows were to hard and the sheets did not cover the whole bed. They came down to my ankles and bunched up during the night. Very uncomfortable:(

Everything is just so much walking to get to even within the casino but it’s nice and clean and has lots to do

We stay often at the Trop and have always enjoyed staying in Chelsea Tower. It’s really easy to get to the beach without having to go through the casino. Unfortunately, this stay was just okay. The air conditioning in our room barely worked and it was two really hot days we stayed. The room was really damp. I get that it was hot but it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep in.
