Pretty good, I have stayed at the Trop several times and would probably stay again. My reservation was clearly lost from a third party site, so I could not check in via the kiosk, I was told at the desk that my room was upgraded and I would receive a discount, that never occured. The room was nice but I do feel I was owed something as my reservation being lost could have been a greater hassle possibly. The room was clean, and everything worked (TV, Air conditioning, ect...). Tropicana Hotel Resort. I'd say the biggest negative was having to find my own way upon arrival. No dedicated staff to guide you where to park, check in, or where rooms were. (Check-in done mostly by kiosks). Guests have to find their way. Ex. As I was finding my way around, I was asked by 4/5 other guests where to go, because they had just arrived themselves.
