affordable beach getaway. location is now down at the end of the boardwalk away from all the other activity we like the proximity to the beach, convenience of restaurants.

Good I’m not sure what was going on with the checking in process on the day of my arrival because no one on staff made us aware of the issue. My check in took 2 1/2 hours. I understand the staff did as best as they could to try to speed up the process but it would’ve been appreciated is they alerted us to what the issue was.

Very Good Booking web sight said Chelsea tower had independent valet and check in. It did not but we were moved from Chelsea tower anyway. It worked out View from upgraded room was excellent

Pleasant We had a 3 hour wait to check in due to a technical systems issue. Staff and guests were both clearly frustrated. Due to a flight cancellation we missed our first night, and evidently, our second night was voided because they supposedly didn't receive my email...to the address provided by Booking.com. Will be seeking a refund as I had to pay for the second night twice! Very disappointing. The rooms are quite nice, as is the facility as a whole. Great shopping, restaurants and casino.
