Valet was inconsistent the entire stay. Paid for early check in to our room and then told our room wasn’t available. Carpets were dirty. House keeping cleaned our bathroom and never made our bed.

Overall great first time at the Tropicana clean and orderly only had one issue and that was at check in the lady that checked us in was in a bad mood and wasn’t exactly helpful with certain questions we had
