Tropicana hotel The chelsea tower is a walk and a little confusing to get to. Also wish there were a couple more fast casual food options like a McDonald's or Wendy's for late night eats. The customer service was excellent. We had an issue with our air conditioning not working well in our initial room. We spoke to Doris who was awesome and accommodating. She moved us to another room and gave us a 50 bucks off our stay.

Is was just okay Room service was never done. I had to call for them to clean the room. The garbage bins were full and when I called instead of collecting the garbage they handled me 2 garbage bags. The North Towel pool was kept closing periodically The location was nice very family oriented

R & R at Tropicana The major restaurants were closed. The door key card didn't work on 2 evenings. Had problems getting back into locked out room with security. How anyone can get into elevator. Security issue.... Had a great yime. The room upgrade was wonderful. The venue was clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. Nice pools.
