MARY J Well as a handicapped person, I like the parking spots near the elevator but there weren’t enough of them. We should of came in valet style because we can not be lugging/carrying luggage all over the Casino, next time, we know better now I love the proximity of Tropicana to Boardwalk Hall. The staff really went above & beyond themselves at Tropicana & your staff member too. They worked diligently together to resolve my issue & Edgar really renewed my faith in customer support so bravo

Exceptional No microwave....a bigger television...there also was a sewer smell on our floor that didn't smell good at all. All of the amenities located in the Tropicana..
