My room was very clean and just as I requested, near the elevator and I had a ocean view. I was quite pleased with my room!

Enjoyed my stay of 2 days, my first time there. Only thing I didn’t like was the entrance from the parking there were no one to assist just the kiosk.

To be honest, the person who checked us in was an older person who seemed tired. They probably shouldn't be in that area anymore, as they need a smiling, well-mannered person, as they are the keynote speaker for the place. On the other hand, we arrived on Friday and checked out on Monday, and despite requesting room cleaning, they never came, and we ended up with a dirty room throughout our stay. Everything else was great. We love this place. This is our fifth time there.
