Tropicana Hotel Resort. I'd say the biggest negative was having to find my own way upon arrival. No dedicated staff to guide you where to park, check in, or where rooms were. (Check-in done mostly by kiosks). Guests have to find their way. Ex. As I was finding my way around, I was asked by 4/5 other guests where to go, because they had just arrived themselves. Wonderful
Minor inconveniences, wonderful motel. It took 7-8 minutes to get from our room to the street or boardwalk. SO many elevators, escalators and stairs. Traveled with my medical service dog and we were glad we anticipated his needs. Restaurants were drastically overpriced. $40 for a plate of Spaghetti with only butter and garlic, $10 for a cup of coffee. There was no microwave in our room and a frig that did not work. Very Good I'm not sure if the sheets were dirty or just stained. Either way, I was not happy when I discovered it. Also, the halls and elevators always smelled like pot. The over 21 rooftop pool was nice and there were many restaurants and shops on site.
