had a good time despite that our room was outdated and dirty looking had yo make the best of it but for the price I pai the second west tower room we got was terrible the carpet was dirty and one of the draws was broken. we called for clean towels and didn’t get it till the next day total about 3 calls to get towels. the first room given to us originally the wood floor was sticky room had no dresser and room looked dirty and dingy. I heard from a worker that best rooms are the Havana and south side which are newly renovated.... read more

Exceptional The room was not very clean. The bed sheet has a coffee stain and the refrigerator was dirty.

We probably won’t go back. The indoor pool was closed. It rained both days and it would have been nice to have enjoyed a pool. Our room and the view

Good Our room was a bit outdated… which we expected. We have been coming to the Trop since the early nineties. The cleanliness of the room definitely could have been better. We love the restaurants the slots and the imax theater. So much fun.
