Very Good The sink in the bathroom was stopped up when we checked in and took a while to fix. It never really worked properly during our stay. We were required to make a rsvp for the pool, and when our time came we were unable ro use the facilities. The staff wasn't following the protocol and the pool was full to capacity at our assigned time. There was no dryer in the room as described.

Exceptional It was a bit confusing to get a round the different locations of the hotel. It started when we tried to find the self parking, then from there to find our room at Chelsea towers. The hotel and staff was great.
