Very Good We stayed on 19th floor of Chelsea Tower. Room was very dated and ceilings were low with patched sections, hallways were very warm. (Fortunately, we were not in room very much anyhow because the rest of the resort was so great!) Loved the atmosphere of all of the public spaces like the casino, shopping aisles, pool, lobbies, etc! So many food options as well! We will definitely stay here again (we'll just request a different section for our room)!

Ok needs remodeling Room outdated needs remodeling of rooms and hallway Elevators terrible very slow and unresponsive Unable to check out from room tv was not working Location and all the restaurants in the quarter

I’ll be back sometime next year. the indoor pool wasn’t open to swim. everything was fine. when my room wasn’t available I was upgraded to a suite which was unexpected, I appreciate that.

Good Tropicana Hotel and Resort has a very good location with a private beach accessible. I'm staying at the Chelsea Tower. The room was comfortable, although it did not meet my expectations as to cleanliness. The resort has everything a tourist needs in the facility. I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
