Wonderful The Chelsea tower, 16th flr is too far to walk for an 80 and 77 yr. Old couple who like the casino. Future visits will require a phone call no online. The restaurants esp. I'll verde. The casino's. We're great. Esp. The Blackjack tables.

Very Good see above loved the north tower. it was clean and comfortable. lobby staff professional and friendly!!. the west tower was dirty and smelly. heard people singing and partying all-night! talked with lobby staff. they were receptive, helpful and accommodating! they moved us to the North tower which was clean and comfortable!! had fabulous food at carmines, lepetite had delicious coffee and crepes and chickie and Pete’s was exceptional! No luck at the tables or slots 🥲. overall great trip

It was nice overall but the value could be better. The cost of the room was a little high. There wasn’t any music entertainment. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
