Pleasantly Surprised That in the suit the couch did not convert into a bed. Also that the number of children channels was limited. At night nickelodeon becomes more teen and adult oriented. Having Disney Junior would be great for younger children. Coming to the property the staff had smiles and directed me where to go. The front desk person was great. She answered questions I had and helped us upgrade our room. Housekeeping made accommodations for us for extra towels and roll away cot. Our room had a great view of the firewo... read more

I love staying at the the Tropicana. The over 21 pool is my favorite. Nice restaurants.

Enjoyable but with a lot of inconveniences Service is hard to come by, rooms require updating, fan was always on even when AC was off which caused a constant breeze in the room. location and closeness to boardwalk. fireworks were visible from the hotel. Nice view from rooms.

Un buen lugar para disfrutar en familia Podria haber sido mejor la limpieza del hotel y las habitaciones ya que tenia un olor un poco a cigarrillo, ademas de un mejor servicio de refresh ya que no hacen refill de jabon, acondicionador y shampoo ademas de los productos como cafe. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y cordial la ubicacion del hotel es estrategica pues es cerca de todo y ademas con el mall alli no hay necesidad de salir ya que tienes todo a la mano. La piscina y el bar tienen un ambiente muy agradable
