Despite the disappointment of the first night I enjoyed my time at Tropicana The first night when I had a problem getting back into our room, the manager Kecia was very dismissive and did not apologise for the inconvenience even though I had to wait for over an hour on the floor by my room with no idea of when the locksmith would come. I enjoyed the food and the service from the waitstaff. I enjoyed the restaurants and all the stores at Tropicana and of course the casino.

Very Good The blue parrot pool was very rowdy. We came with kids so we completely understand kids being kids but there were many running around, play fighting in the pool, and we heard one little boy tell a lifeguard several times someone was bothering him and nothing was done. We didn’t stay long. Also, we stayed in the Chelsea tower and the access to outside was closed. It was very inconvenient especially with young kids.
