Everything was great besides not having a microwave in the room and the lack of elevators. One was out of service in my tower and there were long lines to go up or down. Upon check out, it took 30 minutes to get an elevator that wasn’t fully packed with guests from previous floors. The line to get on the elevator was all the way down the hall and when leaving with luggage and a stroller, stairs aren’t an option. Other than that, it was great.

The property is showing its age, but we were happy with our room and amenities in the Havana Tower. The Quarter area atmosphere was great as is the showroom.
