It was okay. The pool was not open. We were upgraded due to a faulty toilet. The room that we were upgraded to was very nice and the view from the room was exceptional. The lady in charge was GREAT!

very enjoyable. check in lines long. escalator in havanna area not working several times. need a new buffet. need a new souvenir shop with atlantic city items at reasonable prices. need tram cars on broadway run more frequently. there are plenty of restaurants and food courts in casino. the room was ready when we checked in which was a couple hours before 4:00 p.m. love the market place so many food options.
