I've state at this hotel before and let me tell you things have changed. My towel had dirt on it but the good thing was we received a replacement right away. To ride the elevators was horrible. With 3 working elevators it will take about 15 minutes for one to show up. When I was checking out there was a line to ride the elevators. Nonetheless room was clean and they always have fun activities

Lobby , casino, staff all great. Room is average, poorly lit, no desk, small TV.....but BIG bathroom
