WE STILL HAD A GREAT STAY Well! The inperson check-in process was OVERWHELMING. I believe the check-in kiosk is a step in the right direction however many of us had questions, requests and concerns that did not make the kiosk doable. With a hotel the size of the Trop, it will be great to have check-in and out stations in each tower. This should cut down the long wait and the consumer can begin their adventures at the Trop.
