Beautiful South Tower room Stayed in the South tower, king deluxe non-smoking room. Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Looks new and updated. Not a lot of channels on the tv, but that's the only complaint I had. Room was also very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was generally nice it just felt too empty. A small sofa in from of the window world have been nice

Heater not working; maintenance never responded; room exchanged but an evacuation alarm engaged for only a couple floor and staff was not aware of what was happening to give direction.
