Is was just okay Room service was never done. I had to call for them to clean the room. The garbage bins were full and when I called instead of collecting the garbage they handled me 2 garbage bags. The North Towel pool was kept closing periodically The location was nice very family oriented
R & R at Tropicana The major restaurants were closed. The door key card didn't work on 2 evenings. Had problems getting back into locked out room with security. How anyone can get into elevator. Security issue.... Had a great yime. The room upgrade was wonderful. The venue was clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. Nice pools.

Very nice stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet in rooms. Seems like a good design Wayfinding Pay for parking before exiting garage. Good location. Confusing to walk from garage to hotel. Maybe improve wayfinding or even a small map
