Ehh….I’ve paid less & stayed in nicer Out of 5 elevators only 2 were working in the north tower. Staff at check in & one by the north tower elevators were great but I felt bad for the employee by the elevators….he wasn’t a repairman but happen to get stuck apologizing to people because of the hotels lack of preparation for a busy weekend; a bunch of cheerleader competitions sonn be lots of cheerleaders & their families & the usual patrons enjoying a nice weekend. We stayed here for the convenience of the event we were atttending. The property is a bit outdated, people smoke everywhere at this casino (in the casino, in the hallways of the rooms) and the smell often moves into your room. The room was fine as far as being clean (however for 2 people in the room they only left us 2 bath towels), but the elevators were dirty and the hallways were messy. Loud noise from heater The room itself is nice, decor friendly, nice bathroom with glass shower, and amenities, however there is a loud sound coming from heater and every 15 minutes a vibrating sound would go on, as if the heater is resetting causing us to wake up most of the night, due to noise. Slept terribly due to this! If it weren’t for that I would have given it more stars.
