it was fine, but th3 hotel is outdated and needs updating and could be cleaner, especially for the price. the door to our room was broken. carpet needs to be replaced. common areas are in need of updating. elevators were very dirty and had no a/c, very little security. actually there was no security at all entrance to room elevators. overall, the hotel needs to be updated. room location was great, Check in and out was very easy. Check out staff were very nice.

Exceptional Checking out was crazy with trying to get someone to your room with a cart cause the front desk lied and said they would let bell services know and get you on the list. They never did so when we finally got ahold of bell services they said we had to wait over an hour again cause we were back at the bottom of the list. Couldn't stand waiting in my room anymore so had to make two trips with all the bags which was not fun to do.
