Front desk representative, Alma, very kind. Our king room wasn't ready and we were offered a two bed room. It didn't matter to us and Alma gave us a coupon for parking and a higher floor room with a nice view. Property needs some renovations and cleaning. Elevators were dirty. Staff at Broadway Burger were nice especially Scott.

The elevators stopped working at different points throughout the weekend and the stairwells were dirty and even had homeless people in them

A leak from an upstairs room into our bathroom was reported upon arrival. Someone came to check it out and went upstairs and came back down and said it was fixed. The leak persisted and a second guy came to check it out and said it was fixed and it was residual water leaking and should stop 0on Friday night. The option to move rooms at 9:30 at night was not feasible for us, The leak persisted until we left on Sunday.
