All in all it was a pleasant stay I would go again of the pools were open. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are closed. While I understand it may be still too cold for the outdoor pool one of the reasons I did book this hotel was to swim in the indoor pool and it was also closed and they don't tell uou this on your website so that was dissapointing. They also only came to clean my room morning i was leaving. I was told unless I need fresh towels they now only clean your room every two days. The bed was sagging considerably ... read more

GREAT STAFF, Great Time, Tasty Mexican Food, Nice Room and we won some cash....I will be back. There was hair in the bathrooms of our room. Other than that it was clean. The casino itself wasn't as clean as it could have been. PARx (I know I mentioned another casino ) is very clean BUT the jackpots are really tiny and the slots are very stingy..,... Exceptional We had a Non-Smoking Room , We Couldn't Get into the Pool it said pool closed no jacuzzi they took that away I went out my way too buy a bikini in couldn't get in the pool
