best experience, rooms need a little more cleaning but everything else was great. small tv and we couldn’t watch anything but live tv. everything was great

Lost constantly. it was very hard to find everything. the signage was hard to understand or even find. The casino was cool

Would stay again! In the hotel portion, it seemed like there was no one working to point us in the correct direction/not enough signage to get us where we needed to be. Lots of amenities on the property including parking, shopping and eating.

Good Poor communication with security. Reported lost item via phone. In the morning there was no report found. Got results only with face to face meeting. My grandson lost and found his IPhone

Exceptional Great! They upgraded my room and stayed at the Chelsea tower and it was really beautiful. This Casino has everything you need for a perfect night out without having to go to different places. Plenty of choices for dining and fun.
