Pleasant Elevators were scary. got into them and at times did not move for a few minutes or so and then made lots of weird noises as we’re moving. Booked a smoking room and had no ashtrays in there and had to call down to front desk. Went to take a shower before checkout and realized there was no hose attached to the shower head. Didn’t have time to call down to front desk and wait for someone to fix the issue. It was disappointing.

Exceptional No nos hicieron la habitación, por lo cual esto fue un poco decepcionante. El hotel en general es una pasada, es enorme a 5 metros de la playa, muy chulo, parece una ciudad dentro del mismo.
