Staff switching us to a new room changed our experience from bad to pleasant. The West room I booked via Booking.com was antiquated with no heat. We reported the problem to the front desk and staff moved us to a another room in the North Tower. The room had been remodeled and had working heat. The room was so different from the room in the West Tower, we felt like we were in a different hotel. The dining and entertainment options on the property.

Good So check out is at 11A.M and around 9 the housekeeper came knocking on my door I said I'm still here I have more time ok then she comes back around 10 and the same think happen I said we still have more time. I don't like feeling rushed I understand they wanna get a head start on cleaning but they should have a list or something so they no who was out first thing in the morning and they won't bother the late check out people. Good I did not like having a roach in my room. Luckily it was only one. I know it is AC but it kinda grossed me out. Location was perfect. The restaurants were great and perfect for groups. The staff was friendly and informative.
