Change of room request satisfied I arrived at the Tropicana later than usual. The room I requested was not available but, I was given a nice room but with a cityview. I am use to Oceanfront. I went down to the lobby and told them I was not happy with the room. They searched and gave me a much better room with no problem or attitude. Very satisfied aas a regular customer. My lateness was due to an accident on the train tracks.

Although there were no towels in my room i still loved the stay and cant complain about the experience

The bathrooms in the casino were immaculate. In our sleeping room it was badly stained and dirty. There was no dresser for clothes, it looks like a 1940's motel that hasn't been updated. Maybe we should have picked something besides the west tower but nothing else was available.
