The man checking us in sent us to our room but forgot to mention that the 20th floor is actually the PH button in the elevator so my husband and i couldn’t find our room for about a half hour. Then calling the front desk the lady had no idea how to get to our room either. Finally we saw a maintenance man and said we can’t find our room and he says I THINK you’re on the PH floor. This was a spontaneous, last minute getaway. We got the room at a promo rate for one night. The room was clean. It wasn’t super great but for what we paid for it we didn’t expect luxury. The staff was very courteous. We would definitely stay here again.
