Very Good I wouldn't say I didnt like anything but i gave a 7 because I couldn't rate the staff at all its set up to have absolutely no interaction with a human. check in was a self serve kiosk with about a 20 minute wait and check out was by Mobile phone. Again, not a problem just relaying information Everything i needed was on site food, party & gambling excellent experience

It was ok The front desk check in lady. Also I was charged twice for two rooms on the incidental rate of deposit COVID procedure were in place check in was a headache. Tropicana had only two people working and the lines were long
