Exceptional It was hard to find the Libby and hotel room at times I loved how clean the room was and how everything connected

I had a wonderful time for my Birthday and I can’t wait to stay again! It’s easy to get lost inside the big hotel, yes they have signs up for certain things but some things are hard to find on your own. Some of the signs need to be bigger and out where u can see them better. I do wish they dusted the room i was in a little better but other than that it was great. Well for one they gave me a free room upgrade because of my birthday and i couldn’t have been happier. I love all the different stores and places to eat inside the ... read more

It was okay. The pool was opened certain days and closed at 5/6pm. The west tower room that we stayed at were dirty - walked barefoot on the floor and my feet were black, dead bugs behind tv/curtains, handprint of someone left on the wall. Room was missing pizzazz. Lots of space but could give a little more. The ice machine and vending machine on the 43rd floor did not work at all then went to another floor - ice machine worked but not vending machine.
