it was my birthday, we stayed in the Havana ocean view execution suite . that was awesome I can’t complain about anything all the stores to shop , places to eat , and entertainment. it’s gorgeous inside the facility

Checking in was stressful because we didn’t get the room we were promised. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, so we had to search for someone to help us because there was no one behind the desk. He said our room wasn’t available even though I had it booked, so he gave us a different room. The hotel was beautiful.

perfect place to celebrate a birthday the pool on our side was closed beautiful rooms, big space, restaurants every where !

the hotel was not full I could get a icee too the Room I like the hotel but the could give me a nicer room
