Probably won’t stay at the Tropicana again Rooms need updating- condition of the rooms does not reflect what the cost of the stay. our first room was not what we booked - we got 2 queens instead of king - found out heat didn’t work at 11:30pm and had to switch rooms at midnight - what a fiasco! finally got out king room - only because that is what was available to switch to. overall it was ok but what a pain to switch rooms at midnight when we should have had the correct room in the first place lots of restaurants and stores... read more

We had a good time. I asked for a wheelchair accessible room which I got but it was extremely far from everything and every time my husband had to go to the bathroom we had to run back to the room because he’s in a wheelchair and needs assistance to go to the bathroom. They put us in Chelsea tower and that’s way to far for someone in a wheelchair. Everything we needed was in the hotel.
