The ice machine was broken on our floor and was never fixed for our whole stay and we left the room all day to go to the beach and when we returned, our room still wasn’t clean and it was almost 4 o’clock in the afternoon

21st birthday celebration. Celebrating my twins 21st birthday with friends. Booked 3 rooms in Havana Towet and everything was great! Perfect choice! Rooms were very nice! Even the beach was great!

Beautiful property...we will visit again ...but not in the west tower, the elevators and the rooms have gotten worse, sad the property does not maintain some kind of quality as the other towers, we visited both pools chelsea and blue parrot...the latter is the best with or without kids 💙, more seating options games and area.
