Good I stayed in the Chelsea tower the first night. The room was not what I anticipated. The bathroom was missing the toilet tissue fixture, the drapes were dingy and off track, and the heater was EXTREMELY loud. It needed to be serviced desperately. I called to the front desk and was accommodated with another room. I usually can sleep through anything, but the amount of noise the heater produced interfered with my sleep,.
