Our room is so old and the linen and towel looks old and dirty

3 My room was really dusty.when arrive . I call for cleaning. They told me one hour to half hour. Nobody show up. A men did show up for the mirror frame the was broken.i told them about it.i didn’t need them to think i did it. But the bathroom was recently painted and left it little dirty in the shower. It was my second time here. first time my room was perfect. Buy these time didn’t do a grate job

The staff was very friendly and the food options were great. The only issue was the room. It was nothing like posted on pictures. It was outdated, dingy and felt more like a motel. For the price it should at least have been updated and clean.

Self Parking was a little confusing, not sure about valet, front desk is definitely under staffed, room was good, good view, pools are kind of small, a little confusing to get around but as long as you follow the signs you'll be good, tons of casino tables, lots of restaurants, even has shops, clubs and arcade/ family room, it has all you need inside so you don't really need to leave, which I very much liked, except going to the boardwalk, which I definitely recommend.
