Housekeeping needs to be improved. There was a long hair in my shower, a bobby pin sitting on the chair in plain view, and lipstick in the sink in my room. Outside my room, someone left 3 bags of trash by the elevator around 11pm and they were still there at 11am the next day

Overall good but room service could be extended past 10pm if you wanted a late snack and stuff.
