I really wish that somebody would have better communication with me because I wanted to file an incident report because the Bedframe was sticking out at least I’d say 2 to 3 inches and my leg got caught and it turned black and blue and now it’s black and blue and it’s raised up above my knee. Looks like there’s a lump there… I wanted somebody to fix it after hitting it. It hurt like anything. God forbid if a kid is playing around… Long story short, it would’ve been real nice if somebody from the property would have called me... read more

The staff and the rooms were good. It was easy to check in. But they could use some up grades on the elevators. They need more in the resort, with more space. Especially when you're coming and going to the parking garage. It takes entirely too long.
