Exceptional Even though they (like every hotel in the world right now) are understaffed, the staff they had on hand were wonderfully kind, helpful and great to work with. The room was a smidge outdated, but super clean and everything was excellent!

Loved every min of it. Would do it all over again It was hard finding where the greyhound bus stop was staff kept having me go around in circles I almost missed my bus. I had a horrible experience at HARRAH’S so I switched hotels last min and I had an amazing time ! Everytime I go to trop it always exceeds my expectations.
