It was a good stay, wish I could stay longer! There isn’t a jacuzzi by the pool , instead u have to pay for the spa in order to get in a jacuzzi Very clean, a lot to do there!

Besides the issues at check in the stay was good. Check In was between 4-10pm. I made note may be late. You guys didnt say anything. We got to check in around 10:30 due to traffic in Philly. I prepaid the room with you guys yet they didnt have our room. They gave away my room & blamed it on me using your third party app. They didnt offer or give me anything for the error. I had to get moved to a smoking room. Whole floor smelled like weed & cigarettes. I liked that we didnt even have to leave tropicana the whole stay. everyt... read more
