It was nice, but could have been better The AC didn't really work good, there was no microwave in the room, and the mini fridge was not getting that cold, the ice machine was no where to be found, and no staff knew where it was, but they had a container for ice. The view of the hotel was nice, the room was nice, the staff were friendly. Everything was in the hotel building if you wanted to shop or go out to restaurant's.
Very Good The distance from the lobby to room and board walk was OVERWHELMING. Otherwise a nice place to stay. I appreciated early check-in and the staff's efficiency.

Very Good Ayesha at reception was super helpful and slowed us to have adjoining rooms!
Exceptional Only two Kiosks out of 5 ,were working for checking out. The other 3 said out of order. Clean and friendly. Comfortable.
Tropicana is the "Cats Meow". The room , the slots paid off, and the food was absolutely delicious. The walk to the room was a little long. But in the long run the exercise was needed. Th room was clean and no one entered our room. Nice view of the beach and part of the Air Show.
