AC getaway Tired/dated facilities, everything is far apart/all spread out, only one way (elevator tower) to parking garage Location
Location, location, location. Hard to get in touch with the front desk. When we finally did reach them, I asked for a late check-out (only by 1 hour), but there was going to be a fee! So silly! Location, location, location. Right off the beach with plenty of local activities. Worth the extra money for convenience. Plus we received a voucher for $5 off parking when we checked in.

Wonderful A bit confusing and getting around the casino and hotel was well kind of like a maze Service was great received items such as towells coffe etc in timely manner rooms were clean and as advertised Staff helpful and freindly

Resort is beautiful, but if you have difficulty walking as I do, get a wheelchair. Elevators are not clearly marked. Didn't know there were two parking garages so went to the wrong one. Had trouble with the room keys at first. Almost went back to the lobby to see if the cards were defective when it finally unlocked. The room was clean and nice however it was like going through a labyrinth trying to find it.
