I had a situation that occurred on a Friday morning, I tried getting into the local dentistry program and was told I had to wait until Monday. Monday morning I called the local progam and was told I was not able to be seen until the following day. I called the following day, I was informed my situation was not an emergency and could not be seen. I called a friend of mine who has been a patient at True North Dentistry. My teeth cleaning was good back on schedule routine. My dentist always makes it pain free. The 2 receptionist are great.
I had an awesome experience at True North Dentistry. I was on vacation and needed an emergency root canal. I called them and they saw me immediately. The experience was simply amazing and the staff was highly professional. I wish I lived in Arizona to continue with this exceptional office. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this office.

I contacted Dr. Yang through the 24 hour telephone line. My crown had fallen off half way through our vacation in Arizona. Dr. Yang called me about 15-20 minutes after my leaving a message with what happened. He scheduled me first thing the next morning. Each and everyone of his staff were very welcoming. He was very thorough and efficient in making sure the implant was fine and then quickly cleaning and replacing my crown so we could be on our way. I had my usual fears about dental visits, but Jean, as always, helps keep me calm, and I got through the cleaning with no problems. And, Dr. Yang gives me a 5% discount for paying in full by check. Everything worked out fine.
It is nice to go in and get great service from the nice people working here.
