As always, I am terrified of all medical/dental visits, and, as always, Jean and the staff helped me through my anxieties. This visit proved to be the least traumatic I have had in several visits. I will feel more confident on next visit. Thank you for helping me.
As always, my visit to TND was very good. From the excellent coffee, the Halloween costumes, to the semi-annual cleaning with Jean, I felt well cared for and comfortable. I have recommended the practice friends and will continue to do so.
No one LOVES going to the dentist. However, though it is not my absolute favorite activity, I never fear an upcoming appointment at True North Dentistry. Upon stepping foot in the door, wonderful desk staff give warm welcomes. The hygienist is one of the friendliest, comforting people I have ever met. Everyone on staff makes me forget my worries and I find myself walking away smiling every time!
Prompt check in and no waiting. Doctor and assistants always explain procedures and need for treatment in clear concise language. Excellent attention to hygein and sterile environment to minimize potential for infection. Doctor Wang is very efficient and excellent at his profession. I'm glad I chose True North for my dental care.

I had the fortunate experience of getting to meet Dr. David K. Yang, DMD and the staff of True North Dentistry for a dental emergency. The staff were all very helpful and understanding to accommodate my dental emergency before a holiday weekend. Dr. David was very thorough with his assessment/evaluation of my tooth and his presentation of the treatment options available along with discussion of the pros and cons and cost of each. Thank you to Dr. Yang and his very professional staff for taking care of my dental emergency. The office setting, the technology, the wonderful staff and gentle care were excellent! I was a totally new patient, but was treated as though I had been a valued patient for years. As we move toward retirement to Flagstaff, both my husband and I will use True North Dentistry as our new dental provider without hesitation!
