The gym is finally open! I came on launch day and I was a bit disappointed by a couple things, the main one being the basketball court; The concrete floors were dusty and slippery— a major safety hazard. The entire basketball hoop was badly misaligned and the protective foam on the backboard was dangling. The work done in there looked very rushed. It was also extremely dark inside the court. Great place to workout friendly staff! I love the environment and energy in the gym reasonable prices. I have found my new fitness facility.

This is quite literally the worst gym, they never have paper towels to wipe the machines down, workers are rude asf, and it’s ghetto around here. Don’t come here if you actually value your fitness

I was disappointed with the way they treated me because they did not give me any tours when I signed in, and I couldn’t lock in the app they gave me to sign on. Also, they are rude, especially the woman who I think is the manager. Because when I asked her I needed a tour, she just showed me a few places and didn't explain me well

This gym is never kept clean. It doesn't matter how often you report anything. The exercise room is disgusting and desperately needs a deep clean. When you're working out you have to watch out for hair and dust balls. If you're doing floor work it's awful! The women's sauna has never had a door handle on the inside. It's so ghetto! We pay for the most expensive membership and their hydro chairs and cryo chair are down for weeks at a time. The basketball court back was shattered and has been closed for weeks.
