This place is a complete scam!!! They trick you into a contract and then double charge you more than what they are supposed to. The contract says biweekly in big bold letters and they still charge you every single week. They schedule appointments without you even knowing. When you send in a certified letter to cancel per the contract they act like they did not get it. Then they say that it is not good enough. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS GYM DON’T!!!!!!!! One of the worst (if not worst) gyms I have ever experienced for the quality of up keep. Machines break and stay broken for months and months on end. Water fountains and bathrooms/locker rooms stay disgusting. Trashcans stay full. Sauna breaks every other week and half the time personnel just don’t turn it on so it stays cold unless you want to wait for it to heat up. Could be an incredible gym but it’s managed extremely poorly. I recommend finding another gym for the money.

Trufit is a great gym that offers clean facilities, new equipment, and lots of space. HOWEVER, I am giving it a one star rating because of the music videos played. They are wildly inappropriate, borderline pornography, and are displayed on 15-20 TVs across the gym, making them impossible to not notice. I have complained multiple times, but nothing has ever been done to change it.

Plenty of room, plenty of new equipment, reasonable price. But the MUSIC VIDEOS FOR GOD'S SAKE!?!?!??!? There are literally videos of strippers in g-strings shaking their money makers. Frequently. If you want to watch that in your own time, fine, but there are like 12 year-old kids and older folks and families that go to this gym. You've gotta be kidding me.

I quit my previous gym membership after signing up with Trufit in June and being told it would open mid-June. It’s now almost august and they are very difficult to get ahold of. I’m hoping they open soon and will delete this if they open but for now, be weary of false promises of it opening soon. I was told June, then mid June, then July, then mid July and now the website does not have an opening date. I’ve been gym-less for 2 months and honestly, alittle frustrated. Not a good start.
