Allison’s encouraging and enthusiastic as she leads Zumba classes! She also added a short ab workout to the end for those who were interested. She makes working out fun!

I stopped in for a free trial. It's a small gym but its got a very good selection of equipment and fortunately there weren't very many people when I went. I will probably sign up for a membership when my trial is over.

I like the water classes, love swimming laps, really love Tabitha’s silver sneakers & body sculpt classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Enjoy Allison’s Zumba gold on Fridays. Soooo glad you added land classes. Lupita does a wonderful job at the front desk. She is always on time to open the club. She is happy & cheerful in the mornings & helps us in whatever we need. 😀
