They have recently added several new treadmills, which is really nice. This place cares about hygiene as I often see the handles of workout machines being cleaned. The lady in charge (owner/manager) is very friendly and helpful .Â

The staff are very friendly and Ty always has a smile on his face when I come in. I’m an older lady, not exactly a gym rat but the place is well equipped and had everything I need. Good location and membership fees. Couldn’t ask for more.Â
